Brush Hair, Make Bed, Connect with Gd
Some mornings I don’t do any of these things. I just get up and go. BUT I know that when I do them I feel a tiny bit better, sometimes a lot better, which makes me more enjoyable for myself and others. So if I know that, then why don’t I do what I know works consistently?
Answer: I’m human and imperfect. Other answer: I don’t need to know why (phew) I just need to get back on track and do it. One day at a time, to the best of my ability on that day:
Connect spiritually
Express gratitude
Notice nature
Move the body
Connect with people
Eat well 80%
Sleep and rest well 80%
Contribute to others’ joy
Avoid being part of the problem
Everything else in the day is bonus. I’m gonna keep going.
