“If I’m so brilliant, why am I so miserable?”

I had a successful career, a fabulous home, a loving family, health, and all the trappings of a life that should make anyone happy, but I was stressed-out, not taking care of myself, and not giving my best to the relationships that mattered most. At that point, I decided to focus on creating a life I loved and feeling better more of the time.

I studied with psychologists, energy-workers, yogis, mindfulness practitioners, artists, philosophers, physical therapists, spiritual leaders, resiliency experts, addiction specialists, and other western and alternative professionals. I invested a great deal of time and money learning about myself and the human condition in general.

Today, I love sharing what I’ve learned with others and seeing how smart people become happier people with the right kind of support.
