The Way of Brownie

Hi. I’m Brownie. I am small and furry on the outside but vast and formless on the inside.  My puppy essence enjoys treats, snuggles, chasing birds on the beach, and barking. My soul needs deep rest in the lap of my mama, breathing in and out, feeling mama breathe in and out.  Then, we are a team of relaxing, breathing being-ness.  

It’s my path to do this lap breathing thing and I take it seriously. Then I take her out in nature and model exuberance and freedom.  Plus I poop and peep to show I am both dog and, well, not dog.  She gives me love and treats and seems more grateful to have me around than she used to be.  So she is making progress and I’m proud of her.  

Now I’m going to search for a roll of toilet paper to shred.  I enjoy its shreddy-ness and mouthfeel and the way it unravels all the way down the hall sometimes.  It’s predictable and exciting at the same time. This life is full of wonders.  Brownie out.
