Walking Wing’d/ Expansion Happens

Healthy, wild, and free.  For a long time I could not reconcile aspects of myself that craved excitement and wonder with the parts of me that needed safety and nourishment. 

These sides, the spirit self and the earth self, the embodied goddess self and the solid wife mother daughter self seemed to war, inside and outside. 

And now a path is clearing to wholeness, integration, the both/and of me.  And it is terrifying and wonderful. 

And I’m grateful.  And I’m relieved.  And I’m breathing and I’m walking and I’m on the ground and in the sky and all around. 

Expansion happens.  I’m gonna keep going.
