Family Tradition — But I Won’t Do That

So Mike, Ax, and I spent 8 hours at an outdoor music show on Sunday.  It was three days less than Mike had ambitiously, optimistically, purchased us tickets for and one day more than I thought I would ever do again at this stage in my appetite for stimulation.  

Mike expressed a lot of joy at my joining him for as much as I did.  I expressed a lot of gratitude for his desire to share his special scene with me and our boy.  

We enjoyed.  We brought the kindness party vibe home.  On the ride back Ax declared: “My favorite band is the Grateful Dead.”  The tradition continues.  I’m gonna keep going.
