Jealousy, Fear, and Other Yucky Feelings

I have some jealousy today, plus some fear, and other yucky, self-absorbed feelings I’d prefer not to have.  I know there are things to do and actions to take when I feel like this.  Here’s some of them, as a reminder to myself: 

Help someone else 

Exercise

Eat protein

Pray

Help someone else

Meditate

Make a gratitude list

Wash the dishes

Take a walk

Help someone else

Hit a meeting

Ask for help

So my list of things to do today is getting modified as of right now.  I’m gonna keep going.
