No Alarm Bells

It’s astounding how much better everything is — even the gnarly stuff — when I keep up with the basics:  Sleep, food, exercise, play, service, spirit.   I don’t need to be perfect about any of it, but there’s a point of not-enoughness, not-rightness, that feels yucky, that me no likey.

That point, the alarm bell if you will, hasn’t rung in a while.  I haven’t gotten hangry or sluggish from too much sitting.  I haven’t felt that alone-in-the-world feeling and wallowed in it.  I’ve gotten better at doing what I already know works to keep life feeling good, consistently.

I’m gonna keep going.  www.livingeveryminuteofit.com
